This tutorial includes adding Leads manually, changing DataGrid/already placed Leads, and utilizing the Referral icon.
Part 1 | Manually Adding a Lead
1) Click the pin icon in the lower right hand corner.
2) A Lead Status menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3) Click the appropriate Lead Status associated with the interaction (or lack thereof). The menu bar will spotlight the Lead Status through a circle around the Lead.
4) Touch the map directly where you want the Lead to be positioned.
5) Click the Lead that was dropped on the map. A menu will appear on the bottom of the screen. Using your finger or stylus, drag the menu up so "Notes" and Lead Statuses will be included in the menu.
The pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of this pop up bar will allow you to go into the Lead Detail to add more information (such as contact info and appointment).
6) The Lead Detail page will contain any information that may be added to the Lead.
All Leads through the Android app will contain a section to insert contact information, Appointments, Notes, Lead Ownership, and Lead History.
Connectors may be accessed through the two dots connected by a line in the upper right hand corner.
Custom Lead Fields (available for Pro and Enterprise only) will be available at the bottom.
6) Lead Detail continued...
7) There is also the option of adding files to a Lead. Click "Files" at the top of the screen. Click the "+" in the lower right to access files saved to the device.
Part 2 | Changing a DataGrid or Already Placed Lead
These are the steps you would take to edit existing Leads on the map, including DataGrid. We do not recommend adding multiple Leads on the same location if it can be avoided.
1) After DataGrid has populated in the signed in user's assigned Area, click the icon to populate the menu. Pull up on the menu to view Lead Status options.
2) Click the appropriate Lead Status icon to change the DataGrid to mark the interaction or attempt.
Note: You may adjust the Lead Details as outlined in Part 1.
Part 3 | Adding in a Lead without an Address
1) Click the "+" in the upper right hand corner. This is called the Referral icon.
2) Insert any information you have on the Lead. Try to have at least the name, contact information, and include in the notes the source of the referral. Change the Lead Status to the appropriate icon (ideally "Referral" if your company included that option).
3) To find the Referral (since it will not be listed on the map without an address) click the signal/tornado icon in the upper right hand corner of the app.
It is best practice to:
"Filter Date By" Last Updated
Set the Date for the time frame the Referral was updated
"Deselect All" then select only the Lead Status icon the referral was set under
4) Click the "Leads" tab at the top of the page to view the Leads applied in Filters.
Note: If you have an excess of options, click the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner to search for some of the Lead Fields.
