This article will demonstrate how to access your SalesRabbit leads on the Web App. Actions that can be taken from the Web App include filtering lead information, exporting lead information, lead ownership reassignments, and other bulk lead actions.

TIP: The ability to view and manage an account's leads will depend on the user's Roles & Permissions, specifically the "View Leads" and "Manage Other's Leads" permissions.



Part 1: Navigating the Leads List

This part will cover how to navigate the leads list on the Web App and how to customize the lead information columns.

  • After logging into your SalesRabbit account, navigate to "SalesHub" -> "Leads".
  • This page will display a list of all of your account's leads.

  • The Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner allows you to rearrange and customize which lead information columns you want to display on the leads list page.

    • To remove/add a lead information column to the leads list, simply uncheck or check the box on the line item.
    • To reorder the columns, simply click the six dot icon to the left of the column name and drag it to where you'd like that information to be listed.

    • Click "Done" to save your changes.
  • Additional capabilities include:
    • The upper left hand corner allows users to search for specific lead information you'd like to search for in the search bar.
    • In the upper right hand corner is a refresh button for newly created leads and a filter icon.
    • At the bottom of your screen are options to adjust the number of leads that appear on a page.

Part 2: Filtering Leads on the Web

This part will demonstrate how to filter for specific leads on your leads list.

  • Users can manipulate the leads that appear on their leads list utilizing the "Filters" (funnel icon) found in the upper right corner.
    • Note: If you're unable to view all of your leads on this page, be sure to reset/check your filters
  • Options to filter leads by include: 
    • Date Created: filter for leads that were created within a specified date range.
    • Last Updated: filter for leads whose information was updated within a specified date range.
    • Last Status Update: filter for leads whose status was updated within a specified date range.
    • Appointment: filter for leads with an appointment set within a specified date range.
    • Campaign: filter for leads assigned to a specific campaign(s).
    • Status: filter for leads of a specific status(es).
    • Lead Owner: filter for leads that belong to a specific user(s).

    •  After filtering for your desired leads, click "Done" for your filtered list to generate.

Part 3: Bulk Actions on the Web App

This part will demonstrate how to perform bulk actions on your leads like export lead information, changing lead ownership, updating lead statuses, and deleting leads.

  • Bulk actions can be done by selecting the check box in the upper left hand corner and selecting the black drop down arrow.
    • Note: The checkbox will only select the leads on the first page. Click "Select All Leads" to check all leads you've filtered for.

  • Exporting Lead Information
    • To export a list of filtered leads, select the desired leads (don't forget to hit "Select All Leads") with the checkbox, then the the black dropdown arrow.
    • Select "Export Leads". 
      • Selecting this option will download a excel (.csv) file of the leads you've filtered for.

    • There is an "Export Leads" button in the upper right hand corner.
      • This button will export a list of leads that were last updated within a specified date range.

  • Changing Lead Ownership
    • To reassign leads in bulk, use the checkbox to select the desired leads you'd like to change ownership for (don't forget to hit "Select All Leads"), then click the black dropdown arrow.
    • Select "Change Ownership" -> choose which user you'd like to be the assigned lead owner

  • Mass Updating Lead Statuses
    • To update lead statuses in bulk, use the checkbox to select the desired leads (don't forget to hit "Select All Leads"), then click the black dropdown arrow.
    • Select "Change Status" - select the status you'd like to update the selected leads to.

  • Deleting Leads in Bulk
    • To mass delete leads from your system, use the checkbox to select the desired leads (don't forget to hit "Select All Leads" if necessary).
    • Select the black dropdown arrow -> "Delete Leads".
      • Note: Deleting leads is very powerful. It will remove that information from your system.

Part 4: Adding a New Lead on the Web App

This part will demonstrate how to add a new lead from the Web App.

  • Select the "NEW" button in the upper right hand corner. This will create a blank lead card.

  • A new lead card will display with fields for general contact information (first name, last name, address...). 
  • Selecting the Lead Status icon will allow you to change/set the status of this new lead.
  • All fields can be filled out from the Web App.
  • The upper right hand corner will give options to view the general lead info, any file attachments, and a history of the status/ownership changes to this lead.
  • This page will save automatically.
    • Note: Leads created without an address will only be found in the leads list and not on Web or Mobile App.

Pro Tips

  • The Leads List is designed to be an access point mainly for admins and actions they may take. Accessing a list of leads is accessible from the mobile app as well.
  • Exporting/Downloading leads will generate a ".csv" (Comma Separated Value) file. It will go wherever your downloads are set to go based on your computer settings.
