8. Sales Materials

Article Overview

Two of the most critical challenges as a sales representative is simply getting in a pitch and closing the deal quickly. Many people are prepared to slam the door in a sales rep face (literally or figuratively), or take time to "sit and think on it" because they don't have enough information at that point to make something final. When they wait, the sale is not a priority to the potential customer and may easily be lost at that point.

Sales Materials combats both issues.

When a sales representative approaches the door with an iPad or Tablet out and information on their screen displayed and facing the person, the person pauses and looks at what is being shown to them. People want an out, but, they are also curious by nature. Curiosity wins over outs almost every time. As the representative is showing them images on the screen, they have bought the time and may seize the opportunity to get their pitch in conversation. Suddenly, they are ahead of curve.

To close the deal quickly, it's critical to be able to answer all the questions a potential customer asks. Having all the information, in writing, gives credibility to the rep's words and allows the potential customer to make an educated decision without having to do "research" by themselves and de-prioritize the sale being made.

TIP: Maximum file size is 200mb. If you are experiencing issues uploading your sales material, please reach out to our support team.
