Stats & Leaderboards

Customize statistics based on Lead Statuses and apply them to your Leaderboards to track key indicators of success.

Note: Leaderboards are visible to all role types.

Stats to Consider

DK | Doors Knocked (B2C)
AM | Attempts Made (B2B)

Keep track of every attempt toward a sale.
B2C: Consider skipping Lead Statuses that would not be at a literal door, such as "Call Back."

Not Home 1 + Not Home 2 + Not Interested + Go Back + Do Not Contact

Note: For total attempts that are being added together, always set the middle drop down to "Ever" rather than the default, "Current." "Current" statuses will only be marked if the Lead Status is literally set to that Lead Status at the present moment. Ever will be inclusive of all attempts.

PTT | People Talked To (B2C)
CM | Contacts Made (B2B)

Keep track of conversations. They are highly indicative of closing successes.

Sample Set Up: 
Not Interested + Go Back + Appointment Set + Call Back + Do Not Contact

CL% | Closing Ratio
APT% | Appointment Ratio (ideal for Setter/Closer business models)

Show the ratio of success. This can be Contracts Signed / Appointments (if appointments are required to make a sale), Contracts Signed / People Talked To, etc.

Note: For percentage-based Stats, do not forget to check mark "Percent Stat" before saving.

If you really want to be competitive and show rookie reps a correlation between conversations, closing deals, and money earned, consider being transparent about Earnings on the Leaderboard using the money stat.

Note: For money-based Stats, do not forget to check mark "Money Stat" before saving. 

CS$ | Contracts Signed

Simply a total number of deals made.

Other Stats to Consider (Limit of 10 per Leaderboard):

  • Total Appointments Created
  • Current Appointments Set
  • Appointment Ratio
  • Referrals

We recommend smaller companies have a Report Depth of "1 Level." 

Simply apply the stats you created in order you wish to view them on the Leaderboard by clicking the drop down for each "Column Type."

Overview shows Offices & Roles underneath. The default is "today" and may be adjusted as needed.
Standings shows Users OR Team OR Office OR Region stats. The default is "year to date" and may be adjusted as needed.
