Note: This ability is only available for Users with the "Manage Settings" permission.
To get to your Messaging News Settings go in Sales Rabbit Dashboard to Setting>Roles and Permissions.
The news and chat settings are very straight forward. By turning "Send News" and "Initiate Chats" to the "On" position this will give users in the selected role the ability to send news and start charts with other users at the selected level.
