This article details how to sync your SalesRabbit Appointment Calendar to your personal device's calendar. Changes made in this article only apply to appointments set going forward. Any appointment set before enabling the sync will not back sync or appear on your personal calendar.
TIP: IfMake sure you have your desired calendar set as the default calendar on your device. This can be done in your general device settings.
Part 1: Mobile App Settings
This part will demonstrate how to access the SalesRabbit mobile app (Android) settings.
- From the home page in the SalesRabbit mobile app (Android) -> click the hamburger icon in the upper left corner.
- Click "Settings".
Part 2: Enable Calendar Sync
This part will demonstrate how to enable a calendar sync.
- From the mobile app settings, there will be an option for "Calendar Sync?".
- Enabling this feature will allow any appointments you set in the app to appear on the default calendar connected to the device going forward.
- Checking this option will enable the calendar sync.
- Going forward, any appointment you set on a lead will also sync to the default calendar on your device!
Pro Tips
- Use the "Own Lead Appointment Reminders" setting to customize when, and if, you would like to receive reminders for your scheduled appointments.
