This article explains the various roles within Amplify and their respective access levels, including Executive, Account Owner, Company Administrator, and more. It covers limitations and capabilities for each role, ensuring proper management and access to Amplify features.


Executive - Executive administrators have full access within a company, including the ability to move users between accounts.

Account Owner - Account Owners can purchase additional licenses and have all the capabilities of Company administrators.

Company - Company administrators have complete access to company data, with optional limitations to team-specific data.

User - User administrators can manage user profiles and are capable of assigning users to teams within their access range.

Statistics - Statistics administrators have comprehensive data access, which can be restricted to team-specific data.

Screen - Screen administrators manage screens, playlists, and slides with the possibility of team-specific access.

Target - Target administrators handle the creation and editing of targets, with access limited to a specific team.

Competition - Competition administrators can create and manage competitions for their designated team.

Achievement - Achievement administrators oversee the creation and management of achievements.

Coaching - Coaching administrators schedule coaching sessions, capable of working across different teams.

Reward - Reward administrators manage rewards, including approval processes for requested rewards.

Regular Users - Regular users access user-level dashboards and widgets, along with various Amplify features like the feed, celebrations, and more.
