The following steps are required to set up the JobNimbus x Amplify integration.
Prerequisites
- This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans.
- This integration requires SalesRabbit's gamification suite; Amplify.
- Amplify must be configured before the Integration can be configured.
- Administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.
Part 1: Obtain JobNimbus API Key
- Log in to your JobNimbus account.
- Click your initials in the upper right hand corner then select Settings from the drop down menu.
- At the bottom of the left hand menu click API.
- Find and API Key or create a new API Key by clicking New API Key.
- Save the API key for the configuration steps in part 2.
Part 2: Configure JobNimbus Integration
- Navigate to the Marketplace under "Integrations". (Must have admin access)
- Select the JobNimbus x Amplify Integration Card.
- Navigate to the Configuration tab and click Enable or Reconfigure.
- Add your JobNimbus API Key to the Authentication by clicking new authentication.
Note: If you've already enabled the Core JobNimbus integration this step may already be completed. - Select which user to credit for each record that is sent to Amplify.
- Configure any custom fields from JobNimbus that you would like to use to create metrics in Amplify. This step can be completed for both Contact and Job records.

Part 2: Create Amplify Components (Optional)
Once records have started flowing from JobNimbus to SalesRabbit Amplify you can start creating Metrics, Activity Flows, and Widgets. These will allow you to visualize your data and leverage the metrics in competitions.
