In Amplify, you can delve into milestone reports from AccuLynx. Elevate your competitions by bringing closers into Amplify, and seamlessly track the conversion journey from set to sale. It will also include the dollar value of each job on each of its records in Amplify. Uncover the revenue potential of deals and gain a clearer understanding of their financial impact.

NOTE:This integration exclusively passes over records for AccuLynx reps with corresponding SalesRabbit logins


 

The following steps are required to set up the AccuLynx x Amplify integration.

 

Prerequisites 

  • This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans.
  • This integration requires SalesRabbit's gamification suite; Amplify.
    • Amplify must be configured before the Integration can be configured.
  • Administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.  

Part 1: Obtain AccuLynx Token

  1. Log in to your AccuLynx account.
  2. Click your name in the upper right hand corner then select Account Settings from the drop down menu.
  3. In the left hand menu under the Add-On Features and Integrations, click API Keys.
  4. Find the correct City’s API Key near the Bottom of the page. Copy the Key using the Copy Key button. Please be careful in copying the key and specifying the city and their respective API. The City has to match their own API key.
  5. Save the API key for the configuration steps in part 3.

Part 2: Configure AccuLynx Integration

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace under "Integrations". (Must have admin access)

  2. Select the AccuLynx x Amplify Integration Card.

  3. Navigate to the Configuration tab and click Enable.

  4. Add your AccuLynx API Key to the Authentication by clicking new authentication.

  5. Use the link to import historical data from AccuLynx (Optional).

Part 2: Create Amplify Components (Optional)

Once records have started flowing from AccuLynx to SalesRabbit Amplify you can start creating Metrics, Activity Flows, and Widgets. These will allow you to visualize your data and leverage the metrics in competitions.
