Exporting Leads (Web)

This article covers how to export leads in bulk from the Web App.

NOTE: Users will only be able to interact with leads that their Role has permission to interact with. These permissions can be adjusted in the Roles and Permissions setting.


Part 1: Exporting leads based on filters set

Step 1: Navigate to the Leads List and Filter

In the web app, click on "SalesHub", then "Leads".

Here, you can filter the leads to your desired list. (Check out "Filtering Leads (Web)" for an in-depth explanation on the filter feature.)

 

Step 2: Select Leads to Enable Batch Operations

Once you have filtered your desired leads, click the checkbox at the very top of the list, next to the "Status" field. If you would like to select all of the leads you have filtered, rather than selecting specific leads, you will need to click "Select All Leads" option at the top of the list.

Once you have selected your desired leads, click on the down arrow next to the checkbox at the top of the list. This will open the Batch Operations menu.

 

When you select "Export Leads", it will either export the specific leads, or the entire query, depending on what was selected. A .csv will automatically be downloaded to your computer.

Note:  Exported leads will NOT be taken off or deleted from the Web App.
Note: There is a limit of 10,000 leads per export.
Note: The .csv file will contain all of the lead detail information including the rep who
created the lead, name, address, notes, lead status, etc... It can be opened by any
software that can read a .csv files (i.e. excel, google sheets, numbers...).
