Doors Knocked (B2C) / Attempts Made (B2B) - Add up all the Lead Statuses that count as a door knocked or attempt made toward a pitch/sale.
Note: to add together each row, drag down "F#" into the next table below and add a plus sign thereafter to sum together all the tables as shown above.
People Talked To / Contacts Made - Add up all the Lead Statuses in which a rep would have to talk to someone.
Contacts to Doors Knocked - The percentage of contacts made out of doors knocked.
Appointments Set - The number of appointment set Lead Statuses made (note: you would need to make an Appointment Set Lead Status first).
Appointment Ratio - Appointments Set divided by Doors Knocked or Contacts.
Sold - Number of Customer/Contract Signed (or whichever Lead Status you use to denote a sold customer) Leads marked/created .
Closing% - Sold divided by Contacts, Doors Knocked, or Appointments Set. The formula is dependent on company preference and work flow.
