In this article, we will cover how to setup and configure your Achievements. Achievements offer a dynamic way to motivate your sales team to exceed their targets. They mark important milestones, like achieving a sales budget, breaking a sales record, or closing a significant number of sales in a day. With Amplify, you can create customized achievements that align with your organization's goals. These achievements encompass on-screen announcements, unique soundtracks, badges, and experience points (XP), enhancing team engagement and motivation.

Note: These adjustments can only be made by an Admin or Owner role within your SalesRabbit/Amplify Account.



Part 1: Manage your Achievements:

In this section, we will show you how to Manage your active Achievements.

  • From a desktop, select "Achievements" in the left menu bar.
  • This page will display all active achievements on your account, along with your personal progress toward each achievement.
  • First, click Manage" in the bottom left hand corner, then select "Achievements"

  • Admins are able to select on any of the active achievements and view:
    • Unlock History: who has earned the achievement most recently
    • Unlock Leaderboard: a list of users and who has unlocked it the most.
    • Longest Streaks: who has unlocked it the most on a regular occurrence.
  • To edit an achievement, select "Edit".

  • Editing an existing achievement:
    • Metric: select the metric you'd like this specific achievement to be tracked with.
    • Unlock Requirements: allows you to choose what number a user has to earn in order to unlock the achievement. Also allows to set days/time frames that the achievement is unlockable for.
    • Title: give the achievement a name.
    • Badge: select from a list of suggested badges or upload your own.
    • Description: add a description describing the unlock requirements/purpose of the achievement.
  • Click "Save Changes".

  • Tip: you can also edit your achievements under "Manage" -> "Achievements".

Part 2: Creating a New Achievement

In this section, we will show you how to create a new achievement.

  • From a desktop, select "Achievements" in the left menu bar -> "Manage Achievements".
    • Tip: you can also create a new achievement under "Manage" -> "Achievements".

  • The Manage Achievements page allows you to edit, copy, disable, or delete an existing achievement. You can also create a brand new achievement from scratch.

  • Selecting "+ Create New" will pull up an achievement creation page:
    • In the upper left corner, you'll decide if this achievement will be:
      • Goal: achievement earned by surpassing a fixed value, target progression, or a previous period. Once you exceed the threshold, the achievement is unlocked.
        • Example: 10 sales in a single day.
      • High-Score: achievement earned by surpassing the highest sales value, which then becomes the new benchmark for others to beat. The high-score value moves as salespeople outperform each other.
        • Example: highest sales value in a month.
      • Top Performer: achievements awarded based on the best sales performance within a specified time frame. These recognize the top performer during that period.
        • Example: top seller of the month.
    • You'll then need to decide on the following pieces of information:
      • What Metric will this achievement be based on?
      • How often can this achievement be unlocked?
      • Is this achievement for all teams or specific teams?
      • What the name of the achievement?
      • Which badge will represent this achievement?
  • Once you're finished deciding those settings, you can either select "Save as Draft" or "Save and Publish" to save your changes.

  • Once an achievement is saved, it will then be unlockable by your users.
  • Tip: Achievements can also be worth a certain amount of coins that a rep receives when they earn they achievement. Edit the coin values for each achievement under "Rewards" -> "Coins Setup".

  • Can I manually assign an achievement?

Part 4: Old Achievement Creation

This part will walk through the Old way of creating/editing an achievement.

  • Next, click '+Create New' in the top right hand corner

  • Then, click 'New achievement creation' or 'Old achievement creation'

Create your Own Old Achievement 

  • First, choose whether you want Automatic or Scheduled Achievements
    • Automatic - These are unlocked when a specific goal is reached
    • Scheduled - these are unlocked at a specific Date and Time
  • Next, choose what Category suits you would LIKE to show
    • Target - Unlock a target achievement when the defined target percentage is hit
    • Single Record Goal - Earn a single record goal achievement by logging a single record that exceeds the defined goal
    • Combined Records Goal - Unlocked when all records are combined to hit the defined goal within the set period of time
    • Combined Records High Score - Unlocked when all records are combined to exceed the current High Score with the set period of time 
    • Time - Receive achievement when a record is logged with the set time period
    • Single Record High Score - Beat the current High Score on a single record and receive a single Record High Score Achievement 
    • Period Progression - Receive by surpassing the results from the previous period

  • Next, create a function that sets the rules for unlocking this achievement

  • Next, choose a badge, add a title, and give it a description. (You also have the option to upload your own photo and create your own badge!)

  • Next, choose how you want the screens to look when displaying the achievements

  • Lastly, upload a new soundtrack or select a sound to play when the achievement is displayed.
    • Select whether or not you want it to show on screen
    • Select whether or not you want to notify users of achievement via email
    • Choose whether or not this will be active
      • Finally, click save!

Create your own New Achievement

  • First select the 'New achievement creation' option

  • Next, you will be taken to the New achievement creation page where you can select from 3 different types of Achievements to create
  • Goal: An achievement earned by surpassing a fixed value, target, or a previous goal.

  • High-Score: earned by surpassing the highest value or quantity from a benchmark set by the previous record setter.

  • Top Performer: an achievement earned by having the highest performance in a specific time frame. Can be created from a metric or an activity flow.
