PortalCX | Set Up

  • Updated

The following steps are required to set up the JobNimbus integration through the SalesRabbit Marketplace. Note: This integration is only available to customers on SalesRabbit's Pro or Enterprise membership plans. Additionally, administrative access is required in order to access API keys and other credentials/settings in configuring this integration.

*Note: It will be much easier to set up this integration once our implementation team has set up and customized your initial SalesRabbit account. This includes creating a single lead status that triggers the creation of the project in PortalCX and setting up your org structures if you have multiple divisions in your sales org.

Part 1: PortalCX

The PortalCX integration authentication uses your current admin login for the PortalCX platform. So you will need a working account with current admin login credentials.

Templates

The first thing you'll need to do is set up at least one "Template" in PortalCX. You will be able to have multiple if that is your business case, but at least one is required.

  • Log in to PortalCX.
  • In the left part of the screen go to the section called "Templates".
  • Use an existing template if you have one, otherwise you'll need to create one. You will need to copy the Template ID and paste it into SalesRabbit in a later step.
Reach out to PortalCX if you need help setting up your template.

NOTE: The integration marks the first stage in your project as complete when it creates the project. Please keep this in mind when setting up your template(s).

Part 2: SalesRabbit

This integration is very straightforward and fairly easy to set up.
There are a few features that are not required and are shown

Base Integration Set Up

  • From the SalesRabbit Webapp, Navigate to Integrations>Marketplace (Must have admin access)
