Article Overview
This article will walk you through creating a proposal in SalesRabbit's web app.
TIP: This feature is only available to companies that have added the Proposals addon to their billing plan. If you would like to add this to your plan, please contact our Support at (801) 418-9009 or your CSM.
Part 1: Navigating to Lead (web)
To create a proposal, we first need to navigate to the lead we are creating the proposal for, follow the steps below if you are creating a proposal in the web app.
1) In the left hand menu navigate to the SalesHub.
2) In the SalesHub click Leads.
3) Find the lead you wish to create a proposal for (if you do not see your lead, you may need to adjust your filters. Click here to learn more.)
4) Once you have found your lead, click the pencil icon on the right hand side.
5) From the Lead Details page in the bottom right under Proposals click Create Proposal.
Part 2: Navigating to Lead (iOS)
1) In the mobile app, navigate to your SalesHub. From the map, find the lead you wish to create a proposal for and tap on the lead. Tap on the pencil icon on the right. (Alternately you can tap "Leads" on the top of the page and search for your lead)
2) Once you are on the clients lead detail page, on the Info tab, tap Create Proposal.
Part 3: Creating Proposal
After clicking "create proposal" in the web or mobile app, the next steps will be the same on both platforms.
1) Enter any missing contact information (all fields are required). Double check you have entered the client's address correctly.
2) Scroll down past the address- place the red location pin directly on the house you are creating the proposal for. At the bottom of the map it will tell you if this address is supported by Aurora Auto Roof.
3) Continue scrolling and you will see the Power Consumption fields. Select a Type and Interval. Enter in the client's Annual Usage. You also have the option to upload a Utility Bill if desired.
4) Once everything is filled out, click Create on the very bottom of the screen. This will automatically push the lead into your pipeline and will be marked as Ready for Design.
Part 4: Adding Modules & Configuring Proposal
After the proposal has been created, you are now ready to add modules and create the design.
1) From the Project Details page, click View Design.
2) If you have access to Aurora Roof AI- Once you open Aurora you will see a pop up that prompts you to Run Aurora Roof AI. Click Run Now. (if you x this out, you can run it later if needed)
**If you exit out of this screen: click the house with the plus sign in the left hand menu and click "Run Aurora AI"
3) After the Roof AI has been completed, in the left hand menu click the panel icon. Click Place.
4) Click Recalculate then click Exit to CRM. Your proposal will automatically open. Your project will automatically move to the next pipeline: "Project Design/ Proposal Completed".
