This article covers how to reset your password in the SalesRabbit mobile app.
***If the error message on the screen says 'Device Authentication Failed' then you will need to reach out to our Support Team to fix the issue.***
1. Open the SalesRabbit mobile app, and click on the 'Log In' button.
2. Click on 'Continue'.
3. Click on the 'Forgot password?' button.
4. Be sure to enter your email and then click on 'Continue'.
5. Check for an email with the subject line, 'SalesRabbit - Change Password'. After you have reset your password go back to SalesRabbit and login.
