Article Overview

This article will go over how to use the new Lead Map within the WebApp; It will also cover how to create and assign Areas to SalesRabbit users and view their leads

TIP: Your SalesRabbit users must be assigned to an Office org in order to be assigned areas.


Part 1:

How to access Maps

  • Log in to the SalesRabbit WebApp
  • From the left-hand menu, click SalesHub > Map (Beta)

Part 2:

Create and Assign areas to your SalesRabbit Users

  • Using the "Draw New Area" pop-up box in the top left hand corner of the map, select which office you want to draw an area for

  • Once the desired office has been selected, click the 'Draw' button and use your cursor to click where and how you want your area to look 
    • You do not need to drag the lines for your area, just click where you want all the points of interest to be
  • After you have your desired location draw out, make sure to touch your end point with the beginning point to complete the area

  • Finally, underneath 'Assign Users' select the user(s) that you want assigned to that area and click save
  • The area will then change to the color of the selected user

Part 3:

Map Filters and how to use them 

  • In the upper right hand corner of the map, click the layers icon. ( 3 stacked plates )
  • This will then show you toggle-able layers of the map.
    • Areas
    • Leads
    • Terrain

  • Toggling on Areas will allow you to view all of the created active or inactive areas and who is assigned to them
  • Toggling on Leads will show you all of the active leads within your SalesRabbit account
    • (If you cannot see all of the reps leads, you may not have the right permissions to do so)
  • Using Terrain you can select how the map looks
      • Street, Satellite or Hybrid

(Your lead statuses will be different from the sample image.)

Part 4: 

Creating and Filtering Leads

  • Towards the top of the screen in the center, there is a (+) icon. This will give you the option to create Multiple leads at a time, or just one.

  • From here, just choose the lead status that you want and click on the map where you want to drop the lead(s)

  • To filter your leads to only see certain leads that you desire, click the (Filter Leads) button in the top right hand corner

  • You can choose to filter the date range. By the date the leads was created, last update, status change or appointments
  • You can also filter by lead statuses

  • In the top right, you will be able to see how many active filters you have currently activated
