This article will walk you through a SalesRabbit proposal once the design has been made the proposal has been created.
TIP: This feature is only available to companies that have added the Proposals package to their billing plan. If you would like to add this to your plan, please contact our Support at (801) 418-9009 or your CSM.

Part 2: Proposal Options
Once you have created a proposal, you will be able to make live changes to it. We will cover your edit options below
1) Jump To: In the top left corner you can use click Jump To to navigate to specific areas of the proposal. We will cover these areas below.
2) Gear/Settings: In the top right hand corner, click on the gear to open up your Settings and make edits to the proposal.

Solar Production
Edit System: This will open the project in Aurora so you can make any edits necessary to the system.
Update Usage: This will open a pop up that allows you change the clients' Annual Usage.
Cost Breakdown
Utility: Click anywhere in the the Current Utility Payment section to open a pop up that allows you to update the Rate Tariff.
Financing Options
Financing Partner: This drop down will allow you to choose between the different partners available to your account. The appropriate Terms and Finance Rate options will be available to choose from automatically.
Federal Tax Credit: If toggled ON: You can choose what percentage of the FTC your client will be using.
Down Payment: If toggled ON: You will be able to enter how much of a downpayment the client will be applying.
Get Qualified: Once the appropriate terms have been chosen, click Get Qualified to open the "Get Qualified" pop up window.
Part 3: Settings
Clicking the gear in the top right corner will open up your settings, from here you have the following options:
Pricing: Here you can update the Price Per kWh
Adders: Adjust or add any adders
Incentives: Choose which incentives will be available under the Financing Options
Batteries: Add or remove batteries
Inverters: Add/Remove/Edit Inverters
Equipment: Add/Remove/Edit Equipment
Customer Info: Here you can edit the customer's First Name, Last name, Phone Number or Email (note: You can't change the address after the proposal has been created. The proposal is tied to the address. If you need to change the address you will need to create new project/proposal)
Export to PDF: Export proposal to PDF
Share: Here you can email the proposal to the customer, or anyone that needs to see the proposal.
Get Qualified: (same as clicking Get Qualified on the proposal) Will open the "Get Qualified" pop up window.
Sync Design: Used If at any time you make edits to a design in Aurora and you are not seeing those changes reflected on the proposal. Screen shot will be updated.
