This article will guide you step-by-step on how to create a "zap" between SalesRabbit and Google Sheets. This zap will create a new row in Google Sheets with the Lead detail information every time a new lead is created or updated in SalesRabbit.

 

1. Login to your Zapier account

2. Select Make a Zap!

3. First, you must choose a "Trigger App". In this case, the trigger will be the SalesRabbit app. Simply search SalesRabbit and then select the app.

4. Choose the Trigger. The Trigger is what is will cause an Action in your Zap. In this case, Salesrabbit only has one Trigger which is when a Lead is created and/or updated.

5. In order for Zapier to found your SalesRabbit account, it will need your unique API token. In the Web App (app.salesrabbit.com) go to Integrations>API where you will see an API Token that you can copy.5._API_Token.PNG 

6. Back in Zapier in the Choose Account step, paste the API Token from SalesRabbit and then continue.

7. Next, Zapier will have you test the account connection. Simply push the Test button and Zapier will tell you if the connection is successful.

8. In Set Up Option you will select with Lead Statuses form SalesRabbit will trigger Create/Update Events. You may select as many as you want or all of Lead Statuses.

9. After selecting Lead Statuses, you can select separate options for when a Trigger happens. 

a. New Lead

b. Updated Lead

c. Lead Status Updated

10. Select the Test button to make sure Lead info will pass successfully. Part of the success is contingent upon you already having Lead disposition made in SalesRabbit so be sure to create one prior to this step (even if it's just a test lead disposition)!

11. Select an Action app. In this case you will want to search for Google Sheets.

12. Choose the Action.

13. To connect your Google Sheet, Zapier will have you input your Google account information which will pull a list of your Google Drive Sheets. From this list you can select the Google Sheet you would like to have Lead info pass to.

14. Match SalesRabbit fields with the Google Sheet Column Headers.

15. Test the Action

16. Name and turn on the Zap! You are now good to go.
