Article Overview
In this article we will cover how to add, modify and remove any Modules, Batteries, Inverters or Adders.
TIP: This feature is only available to companies that have added the Proposals addon to their billing plan. If you would like to add this to your plan, please contact our Support at (801) 418-9009.To navigate to your Inventory, in the left hand menu click on Proposals, from there click on Inventory to see all of your Inventory Options. In this article we will be cover Modules, Batteries, Inverters and Adders.
Part 1: Modules
Follow the steps below to add Modules to your inventory.
- In the side menu select Modules
- From here you can modify or remove any existing Modules
- You can also add new Modules to your inventory by clicking Create
- After clicking Create. To add a new module you need the Name, Cost, Length, Width, Power.
- Scroll down and choose the availability.

- If this module is available for everyone, leave All States/ Zip Codes selected.
- OR choose Limited Availability and select which specific states or zip codes this module is available for.
- Next scroll down to Equipment Spec:
- Either enter the URL or upload a PDF from your device.
- Don't forget to click CREATE on the bottom!!
Part 2: Batteries
Follow the steps below to add batteries to your inventory.
- In the left hand menu under Inventory, click Batteries.
- From here you can Edit or Remove an existing battery.
- You can also add a new battery by clicking Create
- To add a new battery: Click Create. Enter the Name, Cost, Default Quantity, and Capacity.
- Select any applicable check boxes
- Set Availability:
- If this battery is available for everyone, leave All States/ Zip Codes selected.
- OR choose Limited Availability and select which specific states or zip codes this battery is available for.
- Lastly enter the URL or upload a PDF of the Equipment Specs from your device.
- Don't forget to click CREATE on the bottom!!
Part 3: Inverters
Follow the steps below to add Inverters to your inventory.
- In the side menu select Inverters
- From here you can Edit or Remove any existing Inverters
- You can also add new Inverters to your inventory by clicking Create
- After clicking Create. To add an additional inverter to your inventory enter the Name and Cost.
- Check the box if you'd like to Set as Default.
- Choose your Availability
- If this inverter is available for everyone, leave All States/ Zip Codes selected.
- OR choose Limited Availability and select which specific states or zip codes this inverter is available for.
- Don't forget to click CREATE on the bottom to add the inverter to your inventory!
Part 4: Adders
Follow the steps below to add any Adders or Discount Pricing.
- In the side menu select Adders
- To add a new Adder to your inventory Click Create.
- To add a new adder, enter the Name and Cost.
- Tags are optional, but are a great way to stay organized!
- Enter a category and matching unit
- Optional:
- Select an excel file to import territory factors
- Enter the Solar Offset Percentage
- Choose the behavior this adder will follow, as well as the visibility you'd like.
- Set Availability:
- If this adder is available for everyone, leave All States/ Zip Codes selected.
- OR choose Limited Availability and select which specific states or zip codes this adder is available for.
- Don't forget to click CREATE on the bottom to add it to your inventory!
Alternatively you can bulk import your adders.
- From the left hand menu, under Inventory select Adders.
- Click Import
- Click on "Adders Import Example" to download the template
- After your template is filled out, save it and upload.
- Don't forget to click IMPORT to upload your adders.
